Return & Refunds

Axiland wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

RETURNS - EXCHANGE

 • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

 • The money will be refunded in the original payment method.

 • Receipt must be presented when exchanging or refunding if you are not an Axiland Member 

EXCEPTION

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 • Hot-fix Rhinestone Transfers

 • Clothing / Mask

 • Clearance and Sale items

 • Vinyl Roll , Bling Everything Roll , Flock Template Roll , Assist Film Roll , BSN Roll , Glitter Vinyl Roll and every Roll from the HTV and the Adhesive Vinyl Sections

 • Rhinestone mini bags , including hot-fix and non-hotfix , regular round rhinestones and shaped rhinestones.
