Axiland wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• A receipt must be presented when exchanging or refunding if you are not an Axiland Member.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Hot-fix Rhinestone Transfers
• Clothing / Masks
• Clearance and Sale items
• Vinyl Roll, Bling Everything Roll, Flock Template Roll, Assist Film Roll, BSN Roll, Glitter Vinyl Roll, and every Roll from the HTV and Adhesive Vinyl Sections
• Rhinestone mini bags, including hot-fix and non-hotfix, regular round rhinestones, and shaped rhinestones
• Sale or Clearance Items
