Welcome to Axiland Rhinestone Depot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of axiland.com ("Site") operated by Crystax Inc. d/b/a Axiland Rhinestone Depot ("Axiland," "we," "us," or "our").

For our custom design service, please see the separate rhinestone.design Terms of Service.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may not use the Site if we have previously terminated your account.

2. Relationship Between axiland.com and rhinestone.design

Both sites are owned and operated by Crystax Inc.:

  • axiland.com — Catalog of rhinestones, vinyl, transfers, equipment, and supplies for purchase. These Terms govern axiland.com only.
  • rhinestone.design — Custom design service: rhinestone, HTV, and DTF transfers made-to-order in our LA workshop. Custom orders are governed by rhinestone.design's Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Each site has its own checkout, order history, and policies specific to its service type. If a conflict arises between these Terms and rhinestone.design's terms, the policy of the site where the transaction occurred governs that transaction.

3. Account Registration

To make purchases, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us immediately at support@axiland.com if you suspect unauthorized account use
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted
  • Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to correct typos, pricing errors, and inaccurate product information at any time
  • Product images are representative; actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, batch differences, and natural variation in crystals
  • We may limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order at our discretion
  • We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers, distributors, or unauthorized businesses unless a wholesale agreement is in place

5. Orders and Payment

  • Your order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed contract, until we send a shipping confirmation
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal
  • Payment must be received in full before orders ship (except for approved net-terms wholesale accounts)
  • Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state/local laws

We use Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.

6. Custom Orders (rhinestone.design)

Custom orders on rhinestone.design are not governed by these Terms. They are governed by the rhinestone.design Terms of Service and Refund Policy, which include:

  • $40 design setup fee, non-refundable after 24 hours
  • Production-confirmed file is the authoritative spec
  • Made-to-order items are non-returnable once production begins
  • 50% off corrected version if the error was customer-side
  • Free remake at no cost if our production deviates from the confirmed file

For any custom order question, the rhinestone.design policy applies. The axiland.com catalog policies do not apply to custom orders.

7. Letter Builder Tool

Our Letter Builder tool (axiland.com/pages/build-your-name) automatically adds all letters for your word or phrase to the cart:

  • The 20% discount is applied automatically for orders of 48 letters or more within a single Letter Builder session
  • Mixed sizes (1.5", 2", 3.5") count toward the 48-letter threshold
  • The discount applies only at checkout via the Letter Builder; manual cart additions do not trigger it
  • Letter Builder orders are subject to the standard return policy (final sale once production starts)

8. Loyalty / Rewards Program

The Axiland Rewards program (powered by LoyaltyLion) is offered as a benefit to registered axiland.com customers. The Rewards program applies to axiland.com purchases only — custom orders on rhinestone.design are not eligible.

  • Earning rules: 5 points per $1 spent, 350 points for signing up, 500 points on your birthday, 1,000 points for each successful referral, 200 points for verified product reviews
  • Redemption: Points convert to discount vouchers ($5/$10/$15/$20 tiers)
  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Points do not expire as long as your account remains active (one sign-in or purchase per year)
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program with 30 days' notice to active members
  • Suspected fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of points and account closure

9. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Site — logos, designs, images, text, videos, layouts, software, and product photography — is owned by Crystax Inc. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your Content

By uploading content (reviews, comments, photos), you grant Axiland a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of providing our services and for marketing (with credit when reasonable).

You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.

For custom design files uploaded on rhinestone.design, IP terms are covered by rhinestone.design's Terms of Service.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without written permission
  • Resell products in misleading ways or misrepresent the brand
  • Use automated tools to place orders, bypass quantity limits, or game the rewards program
  • Harass our staff or other customers

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Reviews and User Content

When you post a review, comment, or photo:

  • It must be your own honest opinion
  • It must not be defamatory, threatening, or obscene
  • We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion
  • We may use your content for marketing with attribution
  • Fake or paid reviews are prohibited

12. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates third-party services (Shopify, Stripe, Klarna, LoyaltyLion, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Products will meet your specific expectations
  • Color, sparkle, or finish will match exactly between batches

Application of rhinestones, vinyl, and transfers depends on equipment, technique, and conditions outside our control. We recommend testing before production.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Axiland's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (carriers, customs, natural disasters, pandemics)

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Axiland harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

A. Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to email support@axiland.com with subject "Legal Notice" and attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days.

B. Binding Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration replaces court litigation except for small-claims matters.

C. Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

D. Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@axiland.com with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out".

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 16, exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state and federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

18. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent Site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or refuse service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Unenforceable provisions are enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiland regarding the Site.

For custom design orders, the rhinestone.design Terms and Policies prevail.
