Frequently asked
How do I join the rewards program?
It's free and takes 30 seconds. Create an account and you'll instantly receive 350 bonus points. Already have an account? Log in and your points balance is automatic.
Do points expire?
Points stay active as long as your account is active. Make any purchase or sign in once a year and they never expire.
How do I check my points balance?
Sign in and come back to this page — your balance, your points history and the vouchers you hold are in your rewards panel at the top. You can also open “Axiland Rewards” in your account menu. Vouchers you claimed before 24 September 2026 are not listed there — if you cannot find one, contact us.
Can I combine vouchers with other discounts?
One voucher per order, on an order worth at least the voucher — a $10 voucher needs $10 or more in your cart. Vouchers do not stack with other promo codes, but they do apply on sale items.
Where do I find my referral link?
Sign in and open this page — your link is in your rewards panel at the top, under “Refer a friend”. Your friend gets $10 off their first order over $40, and you earn 1,000 points when that order is paid (up to 3 referrals a month).
Does the program work on rhinestone.design too?
Rewards work on axiland.com and in our Los Angeles store. Custom design orders on rhinestone.design have their own pricing and do not earn points.
