Shipping Policy

This policy covers catalog purchases on axiland.com. For shipping of custom rhinestone, HTV, or DTF orders made on rhinestone.design, production timelines and free shipping thresholds differ — see the rhinestone.design Shipping Policy.

We ship from our Los Angeles workshop to addresses across the United States and worldwide.

Processing Time

  • Standard catalog orders: Ship within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays)
  • Same-day shipping: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) PST on business days
  • Letter Builder orders: Ship within 1–3 business days depending on quantity (≥48 letters may take 2–3 days)
  • Heat presses and oversized equipment: Ship within 2–5 business days (may require freight scheduling)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on catalog orders over $100 (excluding heat presses, oversized equipment, and freight items)
  • Flat $8.99 for orders under $100
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout (rates calculated based on weight and destination)

Delivery Times (from ship date)

  • USPS Ground Advantage — 3–5 business days
  • UPS Ground — 1–5 business days (zone-dependent)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air — 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air — 1 business day

All domestic orders include tracking and basic insurance up to $100. Additional insurance available at checkout.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our LA workshop. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

International Shipping

We ship to 50+ countries via USPS International, UPS Worldwide, and DHL Express. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipping)

  • USPS International — 7–21 business days
  • UPS Worldwide Saver — 3–5 business days
  • DHL Express — 2–5 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country
  • These are not included in your order total
  • We declare full retail value on customs forms as required by law — we cannot mark shipments as "gift" or undervalue
  • Refused packages due to unpaid customs fees are non-refundable for shipping costs

Restricted Destinations

We currently do not ship to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region, or any country subject to US trade sanctions.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking emails are sent automatically once your label is generated
  • View tracking by logging into your account → Orders
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in carrier systems after shipping

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Domestic (US): If marked "delivered" but not received, contact the carrier first to confirm GPS scan location, then email support@axiland.com within 14 days for assistance
  • International: Packages stuck in transit for more than 30 business days past expected delivery — email support@axiland.com
  • We file a trace and, if confirmed lost, ship a replacement or refund

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a package ships:

  • Address corrections before delivery are sometimes possible — email support@axiland.com immediately
  • Failed delivery returns due to wrong addresses are subject to a $15 reshipping fee + new shipping cost
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Holiday Schedule

Our LA workshop is closed on US Federal holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day. US holiday delivery cutoffs are posted on our homepage during November–December.

Shipping Carriers

We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination and package size. You will see the carrier name on your tracking email.

Custom Orders (rhinestone.design)

Custom rhinestone, HTV, and DTF designs ordered via rhinestone.design have their own production timeline (typically 5–7 business days, plus shipping) and a different free shipping threshold ($150). See the rhinestone.design Shipping Policy for full details.
