3D Puff is a foam-based heat-transfer vinyl that expands when pressed, lifting your design into a raised, three-dimensional effect — the look of embroidered or puff-print apparel.
Best for — Cotton, polyester and cotton/poly blends: streetwear, hoodies, caps and hats, bold statement designs.
Heat application — Mirror your design, cut from the back of the sheet, weed. Press at 320–338°F (160–170°C) for 12–14 seconds, medium pressure. Peel hot. The vinyl puffs up as it heats — keep designs simple and well-spaced for the best lift.
Care — Wait 24 hours before the first wash. Machine wash warm, non-chlorine bleach only, tumble dry medium. Turn the garment inside out for longer life.
